Warranties and return policy
Prévimed honours all manufacturer warranties. Warranties do not cover any damages or defects due to misuse or negligence. Prévimed reserves the right to request the return of defective items for inspection. If, after having received and inspected the item, we determine that it is defective under the terms of the warranty, it shall be replaced at no charge to the customer. Warranty coverage is subject to the warranty policies of the respective manufacturers. Prévimed complies with the requirements of legal guarantees at all times.
Return of merchandise policy
Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-(877)-263-6063 to receive a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Prévimed cannot accept returns without an RMA.
New and unused merchandise
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return if for a full refund within ten (10) days of receipt if returned in new and unused condition and in its original, unopened packaging.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all new or unused motorized equipment.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to merchandise returned after 10 days.
There are no returns on hygiene products, whether opened or unopened.
Should Prévimed find it necessary to return the merchandise to the manufacturer, the customer will be charged additional handling fees.
These fees will be the same as those charged by the manufacturer to Prévimed for return of the merchandise.
Return shipping for unwanted merchandise is at the customer's expense, except in cases where the merchandise is deemed defective or an error was made by Prévimed.
The customer is responsible for proper packaging of returned items, ensuring that the contents are not damaged during transit.
Used items are not eligible for return and are covered under their respective warranties.
A credit will be issued by Prévimed if, following receipt and inspection of the merchandise, it is found to be in perfect condition and suitable for resale. The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise
Any claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing merchandise must be made within ten (10) days of receipt. After this period, the merchandise will be considered received in good condition and fully accepted by the customer.
Prévimed will cover the cost of shipping of any defective or incorrect merchandise. In such cases, Customer Service will notify the customer of the shipping method to be used when returning the merchandise.
A credit will be issued by Prévimed following receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
