Prévimed has been in business since 1993, accumulating years of experience in the maintenance and repair of medical equipment used in homes, healthcare facilities, and clinics. We offer our customers a diverse range of products in areas such as the treatment of sleep apnea and oxygen therapy. We also provide direct delivery of medical oxygen. We are able to offer you the best prices on the market as well as sound advice to help you find the solution that best meets your needs.
Our head office is located in Trois-Rivières, about halfway between Montreal and Quebec. This strategic geographic location allows us to offer high-quality products at lower prices. Besides the various administrative departments such as Customer Service and Maintenance and Repair, it is also home to our Distribution Centre.

Health Canada - Medical Devices
Prévimed is proud to hold a Medical Device Establishment Licence from Health Canada, which regulates the importation and sale of medical devices destined for human usage in Canada. More specifically, this license is granted if the business proves to Health Canada that it is in compliance with the provisions in force, whether it concerns the processing of complaints, storage, or the delivery, installation, and maintenance of devices. All Canadian medical device companies must hold such a license to import, distribute, or sell in Canada.

Health Canada - Pharmaceuticals
Prévimed is proud to hold a Drug Establishment Licence from Health Canada for the labelling, analysis, and distribution of medications. This licence is granted to us following an inspection and our proof of compliance with the requirements of the Food and Drug Regulations, particularly our compliance with the standards of Good Manufacturing Practice.

Certificate of Registration - Transport Canada
Prévimed is proud to hold a Certificate of Registration authorizing the use of hydrostatic testing and visual inspection to reclassify gas cylinders. Through continual training, Prévimed has demonstrated that their personnel are able to carry out inspections and tests in accordance with the CSA B339 standard referred to in the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act.
